There are ebs and flows -- after retiring from a sport he exceled in, the athlete went back to school and sought a new route for his life. After graduating, he didn't abandon his passion for skiing but he had to rediscover his skills and talents -- building them up to ultimately creating a ski school and becoming a sports commentator for the media.
To restart, Lewis says you must have awillingnessto start over. The best way to do this is by setting a goal and having a dream. He asks: "How do you expect to go anywhere if you don't have a goal?"
