In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Business Rockstars sits down with Allen Shayanfekr, CEO of Sharestates, to talk about some of his most memorable experiences from interviewing potential employees. You can learn from these experiences by knowing what hiring companies look for in a candidate.

For example, Shayanfekr dismisses candidates who can't answer basic operational questions about skills they have on their resume. He also tends to frown upon being too casual in the interview process, either by using slang or cursing.
