After almost two years of working at my company, I had the opportunity to meet more than 50 leaders at our company's first team offsite since the pandemic. Afterbuilding our relationshipsfor months over Zoom, I was anxious and excited to meet my CEO and others for the first time in person. As we return to embracing in-person events, I know I am not alone in feeling unsure about what it will be like to spend significant time with colleagues.
